This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to remain compliant with laws and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend this Privacy Policy the "effective date" will be updated.

We only collect and process personal data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. We receive, collect and store information you enter on our website, or provide us in any other way such as booking sessions, payments and enquiries. We also collect some data automatically such as cookies, information about your browser, network and device, web pages you visited prior to coming to this website, your IP address. Automatic information may also include details about your use of the Site including clicks, links, scrolling, timestamps and searches for analysis about Site traffic and activity.

Payment processing: When you make a payment, we use Stripe as our payment processing solution. This is a fully integrated solution as part of the Wix.com platform and Stripe will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies. How personal data is used

Data collected on the Site will be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of the Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.

The data we collect is used for the following purposes: to provide and operate Services; to provide assistance and technical support to website users and coaching clients; to be able to contact Site visitors and users with general or personalised notices and promotional messages; to use, or aggregate, data to provide and improve our Services; to power site analytics; to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Site information may be analysed using Google Analytics (https://policies.google.com/privacy), Wix.com and Dynadot's analytics services.

Who personal data is shared with

We may disclose user data to contractors or employees who reasonably need access to user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.  Generally, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for them to use for their own purposes.  However, some of the circumstances in which we may do this are:

a.   to service providers and other persons working with us to make the Site available or improve or develop its functionality (e.g. we may use a third party supplier to host the Site);
b.   in relation to the proposed purchase or acquisition of our business or assets; or

We will not sell your data with other third parties, except if we are required to by law, for any legal proceedings, to prove or protect our legal rights. How long personal data is stored

User data will be kept unless and until you ask for it be deleted, at which point we destroy it by removing personal information from records that need to be archived, and deleting information that does not require archiving.

How personal data is protected

We keep your information safe by storing it with password protection. Any personal information you provide to us may be stored on the secure servers of our trusted service providers, which may be located outside New Zealand.  This may involve the transfer of your personal information to countries which have less legal protection for personal information than New Zealand. Our website is built on Wix.com's platform. Wix.com's platform allows us to provide online bookings, accounts, and payments for you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 16 years of age has provided us with personal data their parent or guardian may contact us.

If you have any complaints about how we process your personal data, please contact us so that we can, where possible, resolve the issue. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority such as the Privacy Commission in New Zealand.
