We collect your personal information in order to contact you about your interactions with Beyond Curiosity such as scheduling sessions and payments, and to carry out business administration activities.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter contact information, we'll be unable to connect with you to arrange and deliver coaching services.
We keep your information safe by storing it with password protection. We keep your information unless and until you ask for it be deleted, at which point we destroy it by removing personal information from records that need to be archived, and deleting information that does not require archiving.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Payment processing: When you make a payment, we use Stripe as our payment processing solution. This is a fully integrated solution as part of the Wix.com platform and Stripe will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies. How personal data is used
Data collected on the Site will be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on the relevant pages of the Site. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose in this Privacy Policy.
The data we collect is used for the following purposes: to provide and operate Services; to provide assistance and technical support to website users and coaching clients; to be able to contact Site visitors and users with general or personalised notices and promotional messages; to use, or aggregate, data to provide and improve our Services; to power site analytics; to comply with applicable laws and regulations. This may involve the transfer of your personal information to countries which have less legal protection for personal information than New Zealand. Our website is built on Wix.com's platform. Wix.com's platform allows us to provide online bookings, accounts, and payments for you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible.
